Collection of Personally Identifiable Information  BrideBug only collects personally identifiable information that is voluntarily provided by users of the Site (i) when users register as users on the Site (“registered users”) or (ii) when vendors (product and service provides at register on the Site and solicit products and services to Users. For example, when you register as a member on the Site, you may be required to provide personally identifiable information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, fiancee’s name (if applicable). If we cannot verify the information that a registered user provides, we may ask you to send us additional information or to answer additional questions online to help verify your information. Collection of Aggregate informationBrideBug also collects aggregate information, which is non-personally identifiable/anonymous information about you. Aggregate Information is used in a collective manner, and no single person can be identified by that compiled information.  4. Sharing, Selling, and Trading Personally Identifiable Information Collected Online with Third Parties  BrideBug does not share, sell or trade with third parties personally identifiable information gathered online, except as described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. BrideBug may share personally identifiable information with companies that assist us in processing product and services purchases, delivering gifts and protecting against fraud, including but not limited to credit card processing companies, shipping companies, credit bureaus, government agencies, etc. These companies are not authorized to retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes. Sharing, Selling and Trading Aggregate Information Collected Online With Third Parties  We may sell, share or trade compiled aggregate information with third parties. As stated earlier, no single person can be identified by such aggregate information.  6. Use of Cookies/Pixel Tags  Cookies are pieces of information which Web sites transfer to your computer’s Web browser for storage on your computer’s hard drive. BrideBug uses cookies to measure activity on our Site, which allows us to improve navigation throughout our Site. In addition, cookies on the Site may contain information (such as a unique user ID), which tracks the pages of the Site you have visited. This information allows us to make updates to enhance your experience. Parts of the Site will not function if you do not have cookies enabled. A pixel tag, also known as a clear GIF or web beacon, is an invisible tag placed on certain pages of our Site but not on your computer. When you access these pages, pixel tags generate a generic notice of that visit. They usually work in conjunction with cookies, registering when a particular computer visits a particular page. If you turn off cookies the pixel tag will simply detect an anonymous website visit.  7. Disclosure of Registered Member’s Personal Information on Site  On the Site, we display the name of the registered member, his or her fiancee’s name (if applicable), the date and nature of the event (for example, a wedding) and any additional information that the registered member has chosen, during the registration process, to be publicly available on the Site.Content  (Catches, Collections, Boards, Polls and other User downloaded or uploaded information to the Site), is deemed public and available for other BrideBug and BrideBug affiliates users’ access or viewing, provided that the User uploading the Content does not opt out of sharing the Content.  8. Disclosures of Purchasers Information to Registered Members  When a user purchases a gift, we will share the purchaser’s name, mailing address and email address with the registered member.  9. Children and Privacy  BrideBug is concerned about the safety of children when they use the Internet, and understands that children may not understand all the provisions of our Privacy Policy or make informed decisions about the choices that are made available to adult users of the Site. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time with their children online and to be familiar with the sites their children visit. Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 18, and we will never request personally identifiable information from anyone whom we know to be under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. Disputes  Disputes will be settled through arbitration and if unsuccessful through mediation in the state of New Jersey.
